- SE Ranking
Our culture and values

Intrapreneurship

Every team member treats SE Ranking not only as a place of employment but as if it’s their own venture. It’s not about putting in the hours, getting wages, or updating the résumé. It’s about having a sense of responsibility and pride for the product, and all the things that make true entrepreneurs valued players of human progress. This philosophy is translated into "the product within the product" approach that we actively practice in all our operations.

Integrity

No matter how much we want to say what people want to hear, we stick to the truth. This applies to development, marketing, support, and sale of our product, as well as all internal working processes and communications. It’s not an easy path but a very real one. And we are as real as it gets. We openly share our product roadmap and achievements as well as bugs and failures—all of which are part of our continued involvement. We aim to make our policies as transparent as possible.

Shared success

We source our product innovations from our customer feedback. The better functionality we can provide to our users, the better they can do their job—it’s a mutual win-win approach that everyone can benefit from!

Team-as-a-family approach

We work a lot. We spend plenty of time at the office with our colleagues. This means we have to maintain a high level of tolerance, support, and respect toward our team members. We strive to create a positive working environment that nurtures bonds close to that of a family.

- MOZ

At Moz, we believe there is a better way to do marketing. A more valuable way where customers are earned rather than bought. We're obsessively passionate about it, and our mission is to help people achieve it. We focus on search engine optimization. It's one of the least understood and least transparent aspects of great marketing, and we see that as an opportunity. We're excited to simplify SEO for everyone through our software, education, and community.

- HREF

(Hypertext REFerence) The HTML code used to create a link to another page. The HREF is an attribute of the anchor tag, which is also used to identify sections within a document. The HREF contains two components: the URL, which is the actual link, and the clickable text that appears on the page, called the "anchor text."

Relative (implicit) and Absolute (explicit) Links. In the first part of the following example, the URL comprises only the file name EXAMPLES.HTML, which is the Web page (Web document) to link to. Because only the file name is given, it is implied that EXAMPLES.HTML resides in the same folder as the Web page with the link. Relative links are widely used because there are no changes required if the pages are moved to a different folder or if the folder is renamed. Every link points within.
